We are very experienced in organising group and corporate events, for both large and small numbers. The session can be purely recreational or it can have a competitive element. The schedule for the day will be tailored to meet your individual requirements. We use a variety of hotels to suit all budgets, for briefing sessions and refreshments. Multi activity days can be organised and can include skid control, archery, quad biking, paintballing...

Stuart Walker is one of the first people in the county to become a ROSPA accredited 4x4 instructor. This means that we offer BORDA and ROSPA accredited training, as well as our own in house training for those who don't need an accredited certificate.
Amongst our satisfied customers are utility companies, civil engineers, highways workers, jacking companies, agricultural colleges and wind power engineers.

We open up our off road sites most weekends and bank holidays so that you can bring your own vehicle along to have some fun! Prices are £25-40.00 per vehicle, depending on which off road site or green lane trip we have planned.
We try to cater for all vehicles and abilities, some of our sites are gentle and non-damaging and suitable for novice drivers, while others are very challenging and suitable for experienced off roaders in modified vehicles.

With over 20 private off road sites, Ultra Adventure Driving has some of the finest off road facilities in the UK. We have a wide variety of sites in terms of size, terrain and features. We have two off road sites that were purpose built by leading 4x4 vehicle manufacturers, and one off road site that we have designed and built ourselves. Others are on natural unspoilt land, in spectacular settings. Some of the terrain is non-damaging to vehicles, while others are very challenging, and a few are virtually impossible to negotiate and present an extreme challenge. We are situated very close to some of the biggest mountain ranges in Wales, including Snowdonia and the Berwyn Mountain range, so we have mile upon mile of green lanes, ancient rights of way, rough roads and remote spectacular scenery.
Ultra Adventure Driving is owned and managed by Stuart Walker. He is a Driving Standards Agency approved driving instructor with over 21 years experience of driver training. He is currently graded as a grade 6 DSA Instructor that is the highest grade that can be achieved, and has also achieved a ROSPA grade 1. We are a member of BORDA, The British Off Road Driving Association, which means that we have met their stringent health and safety standards. Stuart Walker is a 4x4 BORDA Specialist trainer.

Stuart Walker also owns and manages Walker Driving Skills. This is a company that specialises in a variety of driver training including skid control on their own purpose built skid circuit. The philosophy of both Ultra Adventure Driving and Walker driving skills is to tailor training syllabuses to the individual or group to ensure that the highest standard of training possible is provided.
Stuart Walker has recently worked with ITV1, helping them with a programme about off road driving in the countryside.
Our staff:
We have a pool of reliable and highly qualified and experienced staff, including DSA instructors who we can provide for training courses. We also have a mechanic / instructor who can attend events to help ensure that all vehicles run smoothly, as well as first aiders and paramedics experienced in off road events. Amongst our staff are also qualified BORDA and ROSPA off road instructors.
